- A 1000-Coin Galactic Giveaway! Scattered around most levels are Bird Coins. Simply hit them with something (a character, debris, a rocket, etc.) to earn upwards of 1000 Bird Coins!
- Carbonite Rewards! Similar to a few other Angry Birds apps, there is now a randomized lottery to earn you a free Character Swap. The Carbonite takes 8 hours to melt, so you can earn a free Swap once per 8 hours. Or, if you're impatient, melt the Carbonite immediately for 80 Coins (this price decreases as the timer counts down).
- "Traitor" Mode! At least, that's what I want to call it. You can now use Bird Swaps on Pork Side levels, and vice versa, for a small fee. To become a traitor for a single level costs 10 Coins, and for all levels costs 299 Coins. Note that these are separate purchases per side.
- Disable Character Hints! If you're tired of getting instructions on how to use a character, you can disable this in the home screen: Click on the Gear, then the exclamation point (or "shriek"). Bye-bye pesky reminders!
